Terms and conditions for Webinars

Payment
All prices are subject to statutory value-added tax.

The payment of the participation fee is due with registration and has to be carried out in advance to the organizer. If the organizer cancels the Webinar, the participation fee will be refunded. Any further incidental costs will not be refunded.

Cancellation terms
If your cancellation is received up to four weeks before the date of the Webinar, no cancellation costs will arise. If your cancellation is received up to two weeks before the date of the Webinar, 50% of the participation fee will be charged as cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than eight days before the date of the Webinar, 90 % of the participation fee will be charged as cancellation fee. The registration of a substitute is possible without additional costs. Please note that if you cannot attend the event we need to receive your cancellation letter within the given time limits.

Performance
The webinar will be take place if a minimum of three participants attend.
